A minimum of 250 km per day applies to all outstation trips (300 km for Tempo Traveller). Kilometres are counted from garage to garage, not from your pickup point.
No. Toll, state tax and parking charges are extra and not included in the base fare. We keep our pricing fully transparent — you'll always know what's included before you book.
A one-way trip takes you from point A to point B. A round-trip includes both the onward and return journeys, and is usually more economical if you're returning to Gurgaon.
Yes. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations between 6–24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 6 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
We accept cash paid directly to the driver, UPI transfers and credit/debit card payments. Corporate clients can opt for monthly GST-compliant invoicing.
